NATIONWIDE ACCESS APPOINT
NEW SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
Nationwide Access, the UK's leading powered access rental company, has appointed Harry Waters as sales and marketing director.
Mr Waters joined Nationwide Access as general manager for the southern region in 2003. He was previously area operations manager for international courier service DHL. In this role, he was responsible for directing all aspects of ground operations for the Midlands and South area and was in charge of 650 staff at 13 locations.
Since his arrival at Nationwide Access Mr Waters has over seen sales growth return to double digits in recent months. His philosophy is clear that it is critical to focus on what is important to the customer which is reliable machines delivered on time.
"My primary aim is to increase sales which can only be achieved with good service levels", says Mr Waters. "It is vital to continue our successes. Customer satisfaction and service is paramount".
Mr Waters was educated at Cheltenham College and RMA Sandhurst. He served mostly abroad on active service and in a training capacity with considerable interface with other armies.
