It works like this…

 
Preparation of cladding...
Preparation of cladding work commences with the laying down of the panel support track. Move the scissor lift into position and set ready to start cladding.
   
... a 26mm hole is bore...
A 26mm hole is bored in the leading end of the panel, a minimum of 25mm down to receive the specially designed lifting eyelet.
Note: detailed finishing usually in the form of metal flashings always adequately covers the 26mm bored holes.
   
... load the Vertical panel.
Load the Vertical panel onto the panel support track.
   
Using the 110v winch pulley system ...
Using the 110v winch pulley system - attach the belt to the lifting eyelet and winch the panel to the connection pin of the PowerClad beam.
   
... locate the eyelet onto the pin...
Locate the eyelet onto the pin, close the winch support and disconnect the belt. Elevate scissor platform to required fixing height.
Note: Powerclad takes all the weight.
   
... the panel is now ready.
Final adjustment of the panel is achieved using PowerClad's "special" panel placement system with millimetre accuracy.
